Who We Are
Sandoukas Painting was founded in 2018 by George Sandoukas. A year later, his partner in both business and life, Jimmy Farrington, began assisting on projects.
Together, they've cultivated strong
relationships with some of New York City's top real estate brokers and stagers, creating a unique and collaborative dynamic that sets the company apart.

About The Owner
George Sandoukas founded Sandoukas Painting in 2018, building on a lifetime of hands-on experience in the construction and painting industry.
From a young age, George was immersed in the trade—his father owned a successful painting company in New Jersey for over 40 years, and passed down both knowledge and a strong work ethic.
George’s earliest memories of the industry include sweeping job sites at the age of 12 and spending weekends with his father at a 17-unit building he owned, learning how to tackle all kinds of repairs—from plumbing and tiling to general odds and ends.
Construction wasn’t just around him—it was a part of his upbringing. One Christmas, when he was just eight years old, “Santa Claus” brought him a wooden toolset—a gift that sparked a lasting passion for craftsmanship and problem-solving.
Today, George brings that same dedication, attention to detail, and love for the trade to every project. Under his leadership, Sandoukas Painting has grown into a trusted name in New York City, known for quality work, reliability, and a commitment to building lasting client relationships.
